A real Swiss knifeLocated on the 7th floor of a beautiful Haussmannian building in Paris, this maid's room of 8m2 has been completely redesigned to transform into a Swiss army knife where nothing is left to chance and where every square centimeter is functional. Everything is built into the wall, from the shelves to the stairs to the bed, a dining table and the bathroom.
Hidden facilitiesAll the facilities of a typical apartment are hidden behind murals inspired by the delicate Japanese style. A staircase, the steps of which are used as a library, provides access to the high bed. A second door reveals a walk-in closet for easy access to all clothes. It is then a table, on which two stools are fixed that we discover. Finally, the last door invites us to enter an optimized bathroom! It is the latter that is likely to be envious. As for the kitchen, it offers a small place under the window.
The room is not for rent!Little info for those who already imagine leaving their poorly designed 10m2 to settle in this ultra functional maid's room: the latter is not for rent! The owner family put it at the disposal of the au pair whom they welcome. Remember in passing that it is forbidden in France to rent an area of less than 9m2!
